Clearcrack* Crack Inducer/Joint Former

Clearcrack, manufactured from Heavy Duty P.V.C., is designed for use where the top section of the crack inducer is to be left in-situ in the floor to form a wearing surface.

• Rigid PVC joint former with integral tear-off top that gives an instant joint void.

• Inserted into wet concrete when finished level achieved reduces risk of random cracking.

Two-part Crack Inducer/Joint Former

The two-part crack inducer is designed for use where the top section is removed to expose a sealant void which is sealed with SCP Compression Seal or Sealant.

Description

SCP base crack inducers (Bottom 'Y' type) are for use under concrete slabs in conjunction with SCP Clearcrack* to form stress relief joints in slabs over 300mm thick.

Dowel Bar Sleeves

Dowel bar debonding sleeves are manufactured from a high grade flexible pvc and are designed to form a positive debonded dowelled joint in reinforced concrete construction. The use of Dowel Bar Sleeves overcomes the problems associated with paint on compounds, tapes, greases, etc. Sleeves are supplied complete with compressible foam filler plug to accommodate joint movement in expansion joints.
